Our luxury home was not having any showings and our old agent said it
was because were were over priced at 1.3 million dollars. Zero
interest they said. We contacted David and after meeting, he advised
us correctly that our home was not being focused on out of state
buyers and only being looked at by local interest which there was
ZERO. He had our home sold and allowed us to do a 1031 Exchange into
another property with ease! No other agents even knew what a 1031 was,
and he was on top of it, both ends! Can’t recommend enough!
